How far ahead do we need to book?
We can often staff a night on 48 hours' notice, and we run 24 / 7 / 365. Earlier is always easier, but short notice is worth a call rather than an assumption.
Is there a minimum?
No fixed minimum. Staffing is built around the venue, the guest count, and the hours — a forty-guest dinner and a four-hundred-guest gala are not the same night.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is quoted to the venue, the guest count, and the hours. Tell us the night and we will build the number around it.
What happens if a car is damaged?
We carry garage keepers coverage alongside $1M / $2M general liability, and any incident is documented and handled through our insurer. A certificate of insurance is issued for your venue before the night.
